How do i transpose notes across piano roll?

Crashed my app trying to copy notes across piano rolls by opening and closing other piano rolls. The scale selection and recording is a good bypass but resizing notes can get tedious.

  You cannot copy notes between clips.
  
  Not sure what you mean about "scale selection" and recording. To resize many notes at once, you can select multiple notes, then drag out from the right edge to drag *all* of them out at the same time.
