Can someone explain how to use Advanced Rotator?
I managed to make the Advanced Mover work on my object using splitters and sensor modifiers, by using L Stick Local and also setting Advanced Mover to Local Space.
However, I cannot do the same with the Advanced Rotator. No matter what I do the controls are inverted...the dampening also doesn't work and the object continues rotating a bit instead of going to a full stop when I let go of the R Stick.
I have also used the indreams.me guide on how to do this but it doesn't work.
I used the exact same stuff in LBP and never had issues, can someone help figure this one out?

alrighty, im here to help ya.
For the inversion of the rotations, bring the xyz rotations to negative numbers (eg. -360*)
For the persistant rotation, i would suggest hooking up the right stick output from the controller sensor directly into the power of the advanced rotator, should help with the infinite spins. -
Hey thanks for replying, I kinda figured that out by myself but the problem I am having now is that when you rotate l/r and up/down at the same time the objects tilts and the camera messes up, you can even end upside down.
I realized that u need to have a “body” that rotates left and right, and a “head” that rotates up and down but also stays in the same place relative to the body.
This is an issue because I tried using a follower on the head but no matter how fast it is it doesn’t perfectly follow the body and always lags behind... -
To force your thing to not go upside down, look under Gameplay Gear there is a gizmo called Auto Guide. This is good for forcing your objects to stay upright for example. Have you noodled with that one at all?
Also, not sure the follower is made to do what you think. The follower is mostly for having maybe like a pet, or enemies running at you or similar. It’s natural for stuff to lag behind when using follower. It’s sort of the basic AI of a separate creature.
