How do i stop an object from being affected by ambient light

Made a scene where the lighting is very yellow and I wanted to make froth on water but white just looks yellow too.
So i was wondering if there was a way to make certain objects unaffected by the ambient lighting?

  I'm... guessing not? Though you could try fiddling with the grading of the scene and get the look you want that way.

  Slight amounts of glow sometimes works. Set the glow to not emit light or it will look extra strange.
