Avoid the downwards transition when play mode starts?

Everytime I enter play mode, the camera slowly pans downwards and I cant find the setting to disable that. I want to have an FP camera and this is ruining the immersion.I have possession enabled by default btw.

  If you wire an inverter into the 'force possess' input in your fps controller sensor (5th tab, half way down) then you will automatically possess the character at the start of your game and the camera wont blend to your character.
