Is there a way to copy a colour from one Text Box gadget to another without using a wire?
Quite often I want to re-use colours in multiple text boxes to keep things consistent within a scene. This can be done easily with wires, however it's messy and won't transmit if you turn off the parent gadget. The best solution I have right now is to select them all and edit them all at once, which isn't ideal for every situation.
I've tried using the touchpad, which I believe to be related to colour-picking, however I can't get it to work and I'm not sure it applies to gadget colours anyway. Can anybody help out?

Hi there!
Unfortunately the colour picker only works while using the sculpt, paint or coat modes and doesn't work with tweak menus.
The way I was going to suggest, you already do, which is select them all and edit at once.
Or you can always set up your master text palette as such (font, text, etc) and then clone off that one to create all your other dialogue off of it as a form of consistency.
If it's causing you lots of annoyance please make sure to post about it in the feedback forum :)
I had a quick search to see if this already existed, and I found this thread, although it's more about precise colour control, less on copying values. However if you could define the colours more precisely it would fix your scenario
