How to color pick tint color?

I have this sculpt who's tint I want to match on other different sculpts, however the only way for me to do this is to have an output wire from the original sculpts tint to the input of all the other sculpts.

  In Sculpt or Paint mode you can press the DS4 touchpad to bring up the colour picker. Hover your imp over another object and you can select it's colour.
  
  Press the big '+' in the colour picker and you can save that colour to your palette.

  Sorry, I presumed you meant in Edit Mode when you were creating new things by hand.
  
  If you want to get the tint value using logic without wires then you can use the Wireless Transmitter/Receiver gadgets.

  In addition to what presssquaretoeat said, you can also use the variable and variable modifier gadgets for essentially the same effect, with the added bonus of that colour being available in other linked scenes (if that's something you need).
