puppet keyframe making

when using a keyframe animation i get the pose but the base of the puppet the blue circle of the puppet needs to be moved up otherwise the puppet will try to half go into the ground because of where the puppets feet are and where the blue circle aint on the same level.

  It's hard to understand what you mean.
  
  You can move the puppet to any position (move it up so the feet and blue circle are on the ground, for example). Any keyframes that move the limbs, etc. will act relative to the puppet as a whole. So this shouldn't be affected by moving the puppet up.
