Move something on a timeline without it snapping to the meter/grid
I want to move a keyframe precisely by a few frames, but since it's near a meter line, it always snaps back and forth and doesn't allow fine-tuning.
I tried turning off the time signature in the timeline, but the snap lines remain. Precise Move option also doesn't help, neither does holding down the trigger only a little bit. Surely there must be a way?

Press L1+Right on the d-pad while the imp is hovering over a blank space on the timeline, to zoom in on the timeline. When you zoom in all the way, you can position keyframes precisely down to the frame.

Is this also possible with Move controllers?

I don't have Move so I don't know what the button combo is, but it displays the shortcut in the help text next to your imp if you hold L1, so it should tell you what button to press if you hold Triangle on the off hand and point at an empty space on the timeline.

Click the meter on the top-right of the timeline window to turn it into just a general time (minutes, seconds, etc.). This turns off all snapping, too.
