How to make shapes rounded

Stupid question but how do I make my shapes have rounded edges

  There is a primitive that is a rounded cube and another which is a cookie shape. These might be super useful to you.
  
  If these aren’t the right shapes though you can try chiselling the edges using a soft blend brush (has to be a stamp brush to allow soft blend) to round off any sharp angles.
