Problem with tiling rectangles next to each other (can't remove gap between).
So while making a house an using a lot of rectangular sculpts i realized that their quality severely decreases when scaled up.
In a comparison between a very large and small rectangle, the smaller one looks much better and you can barely see the flecks. So i figured i could make a wall by placing a bunch of small rectangles in a row next and on top of each other, but the problem is that they never blend into each other and you can always see the line between them (noticeable in the pic). I tried a bunch of things to fix this to no avail...
Please tell me there's a way to do this :(

So you have a couple of option. You can up rez the initial sculpt so that it is high Rez enough to cover the whole wall.
To do this go to the tools menu and right at the right hand side is the sculpt detail tool. Usually this will decrease the resolution of a sculpt but if you hold shift (L1) when you use it you can increase the resolution.
Hope this helps :) - Peter -
Your other option would be to make your tile in the grid so that it snaps together neatly but I don’t think this is what you are after :)
