Problem to recognize puppet parts

H all,

I'm creating a puppet. I finished all sculpts, and now I'm trying to connect my hands in the Basic puppet window but it don't recognize (grey black)
.
Any idea ?

  Is it possible you are getting groups confused, and are trying to point two bones to the same sculpt or something? Hard to tell without seing your exact situation

  To resoive the problem, first I enter in the puppet edition (L1 + X), then I made a ball connection between the forearm (yellow sphere) and the hand (blue sphere)

  I just dealt with a similar issue. Make sure your joint connectors are going from YELLOW to BLUE going outwards from the pelvic bone. If not your "Bones" will be gray.
