Preferences Gadget

It would be quite useful to have a gadget with outputs for the different settings in My Preferences. This would allow creators to allow inverted camera, different camera speeds and even reading the streaming camera position so they could move the UI out of the way, without any labour on in-dream menus.

Additionally, the mere existance of the gadget would encourage creators to make their dreams more accessible and add options for things they currently don't. This would also be a good opportunity to add settings solely for the purpose of creators, even if they don't necessarily do anything in Edit mode / Art's Dream. Colour blind options and similar would be useful for creators without having to make in-dream menus for it, even if the setting would not have much impact on Dreams itself /Mm content.

  Probably could be just another tab on the global gadget.

  I'd love to be able to set defaults for sculpting and painting - a default fleck type, colour, shape, material, etc. Would save a LOOOOOT of time
