Tooltip of gadget name for switches and value sliders
All other gadgets work like this, and it's very useful.
Right now we have the title scrolling which at least lets us see the whole name without tweaking the gadget. But I get frustrated by scrolling text if I didn't catch the start or if it's too slow, so I don't actually use it when I want to see a longer name; I immediately tweak it anyway. So even with the scrolling text I still prefer the simpler solution of tooltips personally.
When a switch or value slider is on a timeline its name is completely hidden, so the only choice is to tweak the gadget anyway. Compared to other gadgets which still show the tooltip.
Pro: The rest of the gadgets have an immediate tooltip, so it would work consistently with those.
Pro: We can instantly see the entire name of the gadget with no waiting, and no frustration from missing part of the text at the start.
Pro: We can hover over the gadget in a timeline to see its name.

Definitely something that I would find useful, because those gadgets being on a Timeline isn't the only situation where their names can't be seen. I often use them in situations where their "big gadget" visuals serve no purpose - either I have a wire to their on/off or slider value inputs or I've animated those inputs with a Keyframe - so I turn off those visuals to save microchip canvas space for routing wires.

Ah yes, a good point!
