Allow collaborators to remove themselves from the "creators" credits

There are times when someone has been added as a collaborator temporarily to help with a small thing on a creation, but do not wish to be named as one of the "creators" of the creation.

For example, people like me who help people so they can continue with their project may go in to fix a problem. And it may be easier for the creator to have that fix be uploaded rather than trying to recreate the fix perfectly. But then the fixer's name is forever on that creation, which is not the wish of either party.

In which case, it would be useful for the fixer to be able to remove themself from the "creators" credits, and still be able to be of maximal use to the actual creator of the project.

  I Agree I can't believe this was not already a feature. I would like if people was inspired to help others. Buy the way I look and saw I added you as a collaborater once. I am no longer working on that project would you like me to remove you so your name not on there no more.

  From time to time I tend to remove myself from old "helping" collaborations if the owner hasn't removed me already. So yeah, that's fine with me.

  I agree with this.  I helped someone make a character but I'm still listed in the creation even though I removed myself.  Chances are it won't be a big deal but I don't know what that person may create within that dream later down the road.
