Event instructions better represented in game.
I was just trying to figure out the rules for Halloween event submissions, and couldn't find anything in game that specified said rules.
For example, the scarecrow doesn't even tell us thermo limits within its description.
As you can see, there are a lot of entries already that go above the thermo limits, or use more than 2 additional sculpts, and it's probably because those players didn't have any in game resources for seeing the rules. Or even for seeing where they should go to find the rules out of game.
I would suggest following the method that many community run events use. You can put text boxes inside your templates that specify the most important rules. These text boxes could also tell people where to find the full rules on your website.
While many of us are regularly on indreams.me or Twitter or Twitch, such in-template information could help those who aren't.

100% this could be easily solved by having text gadgets in the remixable assets.
I only create in VR with motion Controllers and taking off VR helmet to try to memorize guidelines or flicking to PS4 web browser is a nightmare.
I eventually gave up.
The guidelines also need to be significantly improved to better separate out rules and tips.
The non negotiable rules need to be a bullet list at the top, then take as much space as you want with the tips.
Currently it flips back and forth with ‘you may do this’ ‘you may not do this’
In the long run, an even better solution would be to create in-game logic to show when requirements have been met, which is automatically removed in a batch process.
