Sculpt Detail tool should always give live clones same colour even when they're at different scales and "consider scale" is on
When the Sculpt Detail tool's "consider scale" setting is on, the intent of the colour is to indicate how unnecessary a sculpt's level of detail is. But when it makes a smaller live clone redder than a larger live clone - as it does at present - the colour fails to provide that information. The smaller live clone might not need the level of detail that it has, but reducing it also reduces the detail of the larger live clone, which might have needed that level of detail.
To decide what colour a sculpt should be when "consider scale" is on, the Sculpt Detail tool should only look at the largest scaled live clone in a live clone set, choose a colour based on how necessary the sculpt's level of detail is for that largest live clone, and give every member of the live clone set that colour.

Ah yeah... and this isn't just for live-clones, either. Identical non-live clones work the same way when you use the detail tool. It should check for all sculpts that would be affected, and use the lowest "unnecessary detail" out of all of them.
