This way every one could get voice acting done for there game and animation. It would also help make entertainment for younger people who can not read .

  We can do things like use the sound settings to make the voice sound different. Like slow it down, change its pitch, change its EQ so the bass is more pronounced, etc.

  Basically most of what we have now is what would be used by voice changers. It’s all there
