Setting a certain acceleration for an object
Hello,
i think the game would hugely benefit from a logic block which actually applies a force in form of an acceleration you can set. The current "force applier" just accelerates an object to a set speed which is not only counter intuative but also makes implementing more complex physics based models (like a car) that much more difficult. You have to basically bypass all the build in physics to get the dynamics you want... I really like the option of setting a certain speed to an object because for alot of applications this is all you need but a more advanced logic block or an additional option within the current force applier would be highly appreciated.

I guess you mean you want to apply actual "force," which would apply acceleration based on the mass it's applying to?

Yes that obviously would be perfect but i would even be satisfied with just setting an acceleration to an object. (Which implies a force but it would be a more straight foreward way to implement it to make it user friendly i think). But everything would be better then the way it currently is...
