When I try to publish it all I see is "release as playable" or "release as public," neither of which is what I'm looking for.

How far away are you sitting from the PS camera? If you’re too far back the camera has trouble keeping precise track of the controllers.

Have the pulse increment a counter with a max value of 1. The counter will stay on forever unless you send a signal to either the decrement or reset inputs.
