If you scope into one of the arms, can you sculpt a second arm under it?

Back in the tools section, there is a <-> icon called stretch. Place the end of your imp on the side of the shape you want to extend, hold R2 and pull.

You have to scope in to each individual part of the puppet.So if you scope into the head, you can then modify or sculpt it separate from the rest of the body.
