You can sculpt on top of the puppet. Beyond that it's a whole lotta logic and animation.

You'll need a DS4 that has a gyroscope, not sure if any of the unofficial ones have that.

Use the snap to surface guide, and then group the objects all together when done sculpting.

Select whatever items you want to stay together, then press the group objects button.It's on the left moves controller menu, not sure where it's located on the DS4 menu.
