What's the best way to make a sequel?

Hi, I made the Mini Astro in Timeland level (thanks MM for playing it on the stream last friday! It made my week!) and I'm working on a new level with the same character. I was wondering what's the best way to publish it once it's done. Should I connect it to the first level in the original Dream - maybe changing the Dream name so it becomes the "container" for all the Mini Astro levels?
More specifically - if someone played and completed the first level, what will happen when I publish the new level? Will they start directly from the new level or will they have to complete the first one again?

    It's probably best to add it to a single Dream, so new players can experience all the levels together. If you've already played a Dream, you can go into the map and just select the level you want to start at, so players can skip bits they've already done if they want to.
