How do i make a game start immediately in first person view

I've made a game with a puppet in first person view but when I start the game in play mode, the view slowly lowers into the puppet instead of immediately starting at head level.

It wouldn't really be an issue if the game started outside but in this case the camera travels thru the roof, light fixtures and shows the unfinished outer area that i don't have the graphic space to make pretty in order for this to be less annoying.

How do i fix that please?

  Attach a not gate to the camera's power and it should force it to view.

  Would a not gate work attached to a basic puppet?
  If so where would i attach it?
  I know I said camera in the second paragraph, i suppose perspective would have been the better word.
