How do I add a sculpted head to a puppet?

I sculpted a head separately and now I want to make it be the head of a puppet that I am creating, but I can't figure out how to join them. The head just keeps falling off when I try to stamp it on there.

  I think I know how. 1st scope into the puppets head. 2nd group the puppets head with your sculpt, then place your sculpted head over the default puppet head. 3rd it works correctly you can scope back in and delete the default head so it doesn't get in the way. This is what I did more or less.

  I think I found something in the puppet menu where you can link a sculpt to be a body part if it was already made somewhere else. It is the structure menu I think.
