How do I possess my puppet in edit mode to see if my logic works?

Since we can't see gadgets in game mode, is there a possible way to possess my puppet in edit mode to see my logic at the same time?

  There is a test mode in the modes section.

  There is a playtest mode that lets you play and run the game in edit mode. Go into the create menu > modes > test mode and the possess your puppet with R2 :)
