I can't find the click in for recording vocals

I know how to use click in for instruments but can not find it for vocals....it is a must have so my voice is in sync to the song

    It is trial and error to get it to sync. I place the record gadget, play the music, sing, then cut the silent beginning of the voice track then move it into position. I also find it records at a slightly different speed to the playback so synching is a problem. You may have to cut your vocal into smaller pieces.

    '@LadyLex: Maybe try stamping the recording into the timeline itself? It might inherit the speed properly?

    If you just want a metronome running as you sing, you could turn it on on one of the instruments.

    If there isn't a count-in to it, it's probably because you're stamping it down, so it's easy to know when it recording begins. If you would like some sort of breather at the start to get into beat with the song, you could start playing from an earlier bar, or extend the song so it starts earlier and just copy a drum beat in there to help you--then delete that earlier.

    '@Supposer Makes no difference whatsoever if you stamp it in a timeline or out of it. Same issue with synching is present as the recording of vocals does not match the speed of playback. Ive tried both.
