How do I turn off the default death zone

Hi there, I'm wondering how to get rid of the default death zone in my level. For some reason my character is dying when it falls off of the stage even when I haven't set it up that way.

  If you are using a puppet, it has its own setting inside of it for falling out of a scene.

  Out of interest, why would you want the puppet *not* to die if it falls into oblivion?
