Turn off falling procedural animation - SOLVED

I have a climbing animation but it is clashing with the falling animation (head down, arms up, knees bent). I have tried keyframe turning off procedural animation but this does nothing. How can I turn off the fall animation?

  Make sure the "jump poses" chip (or whatever) is also off. I think it still affects the puppet with proc-anim off.
