Display Scoreboards based on Most recent

While maintaining the scoreboard limit, scoreboards would be displayed based on the most recently score posted.  This would allow for games with technically more than 10 scoreboards, but would only show 10 at a time.  When a score is posted to a new scoreboard, the oldest would fall off the display and all info lost so as not to hog server space.  

An example would be a game that has a scoreboard for each month.  Every month a new scoreboard would be active, with the oldest deleted automatically until the next time that month rolls around, creating infinite rotating monthly events while not filling up the servers.  Instant replayability

  You'd still have to change the names of the score gadgets and score modifiers, so that there even *is* a new scoreboard for the next month.

  All scoreboards could already be created but only become active and have scores posted based on something like the new day/time gadget.
