Is there a way to set the angle of bolt from an analog stick?

So that left would set the angle of a bolt to 0 degrees and right would then set it to 90 degrees?

  not a for a bolt exactly, but if I'm imagining it right, you should be better of with a rotator or advanced rotator.
  
  put the stick output to a splitter and the split signals into each of the accelerator inputs of the rotator. should be pretty much a 1:1 representation of your stick movement. if something moves the opposite way, try changing acceleration to a negative value.
