Change shape of primitive. I’ve seen on streams where the cube is changed to a rectangle to use for sculpting. How do I do this?

How do I change the shape of a primitive to sculpt with it? I’ve seen on streams where the cube is changed to a rectangle to use for sculpting.

  On Dualshock:
  
  When you have the shape on your imp, hold L1 and press square to open the shape editor.
  
  Controlled scale should be active, allowing you to grab parts of the primitive and stretch and scale them to different proportions.
  
  On Moves:
  
  Tap the glowing orbs together and use motion controls to adjust the shape. Use T on the secondary controller to lock in your changes.
