  Hi,
  
  Are you asking if it's possible to add bones in addition to the ones that are already present on page 4 of the puppet's tweak menu?
  
  If so, that isn't currently possible, as the puppet system is set up to control/animate roughly humanoid bone arrangements.
  
  You can joint objects to the existing bones to get a roughly similar effect, but you'll have to set up the logic/animation to control those extra parts manually.
