Set number of frames for direct-input on time fields

For example, we can use L1+square to direct-input a number of seconds into the target time of a timer. But there are cases in intermediate logic building where you want it to last 1 frame or 2 frames. Right now, we have to know and remember how long that is -0.033 seconds. It would be cool if we could type 1f or 2f or something, to set it to 1 frame or 2 frame in duration.

  For that to behave as intended, all gadgets with time-valued tweaks would probably also need an "ignore frame rate" tweak that does the same thing that it does for the Timeline, which already has it - when off, time-valued tweaks count logic frames, and when on time-valued tweaks measure real time.
