Power inputs to appear while holding a wire from an output

This happens with most gadgets, which makes it easy to link them up, but not all. Would be good to have them all show a power input nub, or have a player preference setting for them all to have this.

So the ones missing the power input nub are:

Signal Generator, Switch, Value Slider, Randomiser, Counter, AND gate, OR gate, Exclusive OR gate, NOT gate, Selector, Signal Manipulator, Timer, Calculator, Node, Splitter, Combiner, Variable, Text Displayer, Dialogue Text Displayer, Subtitles Displayer, (Auto-Guide does not have a power setting), Score, Puppet Interface.
