Standard Texture without the Fade

It would be great to be able to use the standard texture style without any fade to it--just having it fully apply with no gradient to it at all. A slider for how pronounced the transparency applied is. Maybe use negative fade to do this, as they perhaps wouldn't be compatible to have them both at the same time.
