Controllable motorbolt

Ive made a cannon i can controll with advanced rotators. But.. when i turn it around it gets all random.. Going other ways of what i want it to do. In LBP there was a controllinator something that made it possible to controll motorbolts. I just cant figure out how to do it in dreams.. would be so much easier to make stationary contraptions that way. Is this possible? If so, pls make a tutorial or comment😅👍❤

    Ah, you had the advanced rotator on "local space" which means as the object rotates, the rotator's axes will change with it. You don't want that, I think. Turn off "local space" and it seems to work properly. Like this: https://youtu.be/YcCgQzMzYGk

    You may have to invert some of the controls by setting the rotation speeds to negative if they're positive or visa versa.

    I tried that but it still runs all weird.
    I was hoping to get help to replace the advanced rotator with motorbolts, the cannon is not going to float obviously. A bottom support that turns left and right, and the cannon is going up and down. All i want to know is how do i make a motorbolt controllable to use on this cannon
