Add the ability to disable DYNAMIC RESOLUTION to the effects gadget.
I suggest making it possible to disable dynamic resolution. If a person makes a game with a static camera, then a person might want a higher resolution than fps. Especially if the animation is drawn manually, and goes through the frames.
Or a person wants to design a very nice starting game menu in which everything is static, why does he need FPS ???
And if a person just draws portraits or static landscapes, why does he need FPS ???
Or a person wants to embed a photo mode in which after pressing the X button, the photo will be displayed in the maximum resolution for share :)

This would be cool... Just as a heads up, there is such an option in player's preferences if they're using a PS4 Pro or PS5. So they can choose themselves if they want higher res, or higher performance.
Have you tested to see how photo mode does things, by the way? When you take a photo through the Dreams button, it pauses for a bit to properly render it. I'm guessing that pause is to render it at a higher quality and full resolution.
If you could test something like many thin lines (using text boxes) on the screen, taking one shot with tons of other stuff to render to tank the framerate/res, and one shot with only the lines... do you see any difference in the lines in the resulting images?

for those who have ps4 pro, the resolution could then be even higher :)
I think ps4 pro also use dynamic resolution, regardless of whether the player chose the resolution or performance.
Unfortunately, I didn't understand your last message about lines :( -
Ah, I was saying to test if the resolution/quality of the photo mode capture is different to a normal screenshot, you could make some thin lines on a scene. Take some shots to test as I explained. Then look at those shots on a PC, see if the resolution is different for the different ways of taking a screenshot. And you can zoom right into those lines and see if one is more pixelated or blurry than the other.

in any case, I would like the player not to have to go to some menu to take a screenshot in higher quality. I want a person right in my game to have the opportunity to get a high quality streen by clicking X
