Thermo precision preference

Currently we have integer precision in the thermo display. When we go to the "more info" view, we have 2 decimals.

Newer creators may feel overwhemled with more precision in those figures. But more precision is very useful for advanced creators. So this is a good step to serving both crowds. However, even more precision would be preferable for advanced users, at least in some cases.

I'm proposing a different way of tackling this problem, while still catering to beginners and experts: provide a setting for thermometer precision. This could be a simple slider, going from 0 (integer) to 4 (4 decimal places) or even higher.

This would apply to both thermometer readouts, thermo change popups, and more info views for sub-thermos.
