Can’t figure out dashworld quest part 2

I open the fresh dream, stamp my scene in and nothing. I’ve created two dreams and uploaded them both. Made them public. Nothing happens.

What do I do here?

  Happened to me and to someone on the community on ps4. In both cases we went out and in and out and eventually it jogged it on. You’re supposed to make it, add it to a dream, complete it yourself then send it to someone. There seems to be something broken with the adding scene though. Just try adding it to a new dream again, playing it, coming out and going back in etc.
