When falling from a sufficient height my puppet sometimes clips through the platform and dies

I started with a basic puppet and using the stretch tool made its legs smaller. I then had to reposition it while scoped in so its feet were in line with the puppet floor. However after doing this I have found that my puppet now occasionally clips through the floor and resets.

I dont think it is an issue with how I created the floor as they are just simple unedited cubes.

Please help! :)

  It might be the puppets collision box is out of position, if you open the puppets tweak menu and go to the physics tab you can change the shape and position of the collision box, you could also alter the grounds physics to High at the bottom of the tweak menu and see if that helps

  I had the same problem and what helped the most was increasing the height of the collision box. The width also seems to be a factor, but not as much. It seems the physics engine isn't fond of short characters.
