Remixes by Genre

There's actually a lot of what you're talking about in Dreams already.

You can search for specific kinds of game or use the tag filters to filter by a genre when searching. If you filter by "game" category too, and set it to show you collections, those are usually going to be kits people have made for that genre.

Mm's latest update actually adds special "templates" in the dream shaping menu, letting you start by playing a "playground" (demo game made with the kit). Then go through several tutorial scenes where you play a bit, edit a bit per their instructions, play a bit, etc.--adding pieces from the kit, adjusting their settings, learning how to do things in Dreams in general. Then there's a starting-point-like scene that has all the kit pieces in it ready to go and a little starting area, so you can just start building. And at the very bottom, the kit collection itself so you can import stuff into whatever you're working on.

It's well worth checking those out!

Wow dreams is amazing I tried build game before using unity and it did not work out for me every time I tried downloading asset my computer would blew up. But coming in to dreams and using remixes is what amazes me the most . That why I can't help but to keep bringing them up. I love the remix part of dreams.
