Underwater Effects?

Hi,

I'm trying to make realistic Water but I don't know how. I learned to make realistic Water surface but I don't know how to make underwater effects. It is dark under water and the light is getting weaker and weaker but I don't know how to do it. Do you know how to make that?

  I have an underwater effect Element, feel free to use if it’s helpful - mine was designed to seem like being on the ocean floor in shallow water so not exactly what you’re looking for :)
