How do I see others homespaces?

When I visit any homespaces except my own and MmDreamQueen, the space is always blank. Is there any way to actually see other's homespaces?

  I think a lot of people haven't caught on that you have to publish the homespace for others to see it. That's what I gathered after having visited a ton of homespaces to complete that imp quest.
