A first person ghost !
So how to make a floating camera as a character with custom speed and movment style . I want it represent playing a mind or a ghost !

There are first-person puppet rigs you can use, if that works for you.
Or if you want something completely custom, these basics should get you started:
- Create a sculpt. Doesn't matter what it is; you can only attach other gadgets for movements, etc. to sculpts.
- Group it with a camera. Make the sculpt itself invisible. (Note that the camera can't be seen outside of that group. Just scope in to find it again.)
- Add rotators/movers of whatever kind you need to the sculpt. Because the camera is grouped with the sculpt, however the sculpt moves, the camera moves also.
- Use a controller sensor and whatever logic you want, to make the rotators and movers do what you want them to do.
