What's better for managing cutscenes cameras on a timeline: keyframes or placing them directly?
Both ways seem to have some downsides.
Keyframes are easy to mess up once you've got a lot of them, and if you move one the wrong way, the original camera and all other keyframes can suddenly be in the wrong position.
Separate cameras are more user friendly, but the transitions can not be set as easily as simply clicking between keyframes, but instead I have to open the tweak menu and manipulate the seconds manually.
Or am I missing something? (I probably am.)

Hi,
As you note both ways have pros and cons so it depends what you are doing and weighing it up against the factors.
If I'm sketching something out I just place cameras in the timeline.
If I want particular camera movements I use keyframes to move cameras instead.
Either way is good
John
