sending friends creations privately?

Hello!
Yes I know collaborations exist. But instead, is it possible to send a friend a creation, for them to keep with or without credit? Similar to LBP, where another person could save someone else creation within create mode or SEND a creation and mark it as "shareable".

I hope this makes sense, thank you!

  You can send it, but they cant share it, it's just that they can play it

  I have found that with sculptures it won't let me send unless it is public. Not sure if this is for all types of creations or not.

  I have the same problem. I know i can save it online as private, then i can send it. But could i get banned for spicy/sexy creations even if nobody else is able to see? Cause i think sony will see it. I allready got s bann so i dont wanna risk it
