How do I: Make an Iron curved bar or whatever object curved
So I try to make objects that are curved but I don't seem to find a way to do so. I can make things curved by cutting parts away but that's not what I need.
For example a pickaxe with a little curve. Or a umbrella.
I tried to make an thin Iron bar that has curved in it but I don't find a way to do this. Like the bars on the top of the birdcage.

You could use the shape that's at the end of the menu, ot looks like a tail. Modify it (L1+Square) and make it large, then tweak it to have the curves and width you wish.

Hey there,
As SlyRowe2 has suggested you want to use the curve shape!
So pop into sculpt mode and select the curve shape.
Once you've got the shape on your imp press L1 + Square to open the shape editor (or press the button to open the shape editor)
Once you're editing the curve you can then pull one end to stretch it out, manipulate the curve by moving the sections and scale it by scaling the end gizmos up and down.
Have a play around with it and hopefully you'll get your bird cage bars in no time :)
Thanks,
Cat -
Another approach for your bird cage example: Use a doughnut shape and go into edit shape (shift + square) - turn hollow all the way up, and turn parts to 4, then tweak the shape to the dimensions you want.

Thanks people got my first version of the birdcage released. It was harder then I thought, it's not perfect yet but I'm happy that I can release something I'm happy of.
