How do I delete an object that’s connected or grouped to another?
How do I delete an object that is grouped with another object ie I have two walls intersecting with each other but one isn’t suppose to be there and I need to get rid of it but it also deletes the other it’s grouped or connected to.

Scope into the group, then delete it.

I had this exact same problem, but you need to select the item you want to ungroup and scope into it as far as you can to "ungroup" (which you can find on the right hand corner). You DON'T want to select them ungroup, as it will detach the item and the body part/item you need.
TLDR: Select item, scope in. Make sure the item is highlighted and it's the one you need to erase then go to ungroup. Ungroup it then delete/move/whatever. -
Thanks a lot

Ok when I scope in and delete it deletes the rest of the group with it. I’m not quite understanding how this works. I’ll keep trying though

do any of you know how to do this with move controllers? specifically scoping and ungrouping something all together? when I sculpt, everything is grouped automatically?
