Is there Drag Coefficient already built-in to the Dreams Engine? or do i have to create the calculation?

I want to create a realistic simulation driving game, and i want to know if i have to create a calculation of the drag on the cars, or if it's already taken into account by the engine

  No, physics simulations in games don't tend to go that far. It's not included in Dreams.
