How can I use a "screenshot" from the photo mode, to add it into a picture frame in my game?
I created some Art and made a screenshot from it in Photo Mode - now I would like to use it in a picture frame I made for my Dream.
How can I put the screenshot in the frame, to create a picture?

You cannot use images in a creation. There's no way of doing that in Dreams.

I think you misunderstood @Crea_tivELA, they're asking if they can use an in-game screenshot as the cover photo for a Dream (not an external photo).
You can do this easily on the Dream cover page. There's an edit option on the top right. Within it, there's another option to change the cover photo, and you can choose any screenshot you've taken from Photo Mode. -
Well if that's true, then you just pull up the current cover of your creation, and then hit the pencil shaped icon at the top left. Then there will be a camera shaped button that lets you pick a photo.
But the title of the post says he wants to "add it into a picture frame in my game", so I'm not sure we were wrong.
(But it's probably worth explaining just in case) -
Oh sorry, by 'picture frame' I thought they were referring to the Dream cover page. Yeah, there's definitely no way to do this in a scene.
